iLending, TERMS OF SERVICE REGARDING SMS MESSAGES

Consent

By choosing to submit a form or checking any of the above, you hereby consent to receive recurring SMS messages from iLending.  You can expect to receive recurring messages from Loan Consultants requesting additional information, or regarding the status of your loan. If you have also consented to receive marketing communications, we will occasionally text you with special offers from iLending.

If you require assistance, or if you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you may reply “HELP” to any message. You can also get help directly by emailing customerservice@ilendingdirect.com or by calling (866) 683-5505 and asking to speak directly to your Loan Consultant or our Customer Service department.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to opt out.  After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can also email us at customerservice@ilendingdirect.com, or call us at (866) 683-5505.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any message sent to you from us, and to us from you.  If you have any questions about your specific text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.
