Tom Harding

Chairman & Board Member

Tom Harding – Mr. Harding is a Managing Director at J.C. Flowers & Co. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Harding spent seven years in investment banking in the Financial Institutions Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, primarily in New York with one year in London, where he covered a diverse range of bank, insurance and specialty finance companies and most recently had responsibility for covering transportation leasing companies. Mr. Harding began his career as a lawyer at Cravath Swain and Moore.

Mr. Harding serves on the Board of Directors of Island Finance, Jefferson Capital and Fairstone Financial. He received a B.A. with Highest Honors from Swarthmore College, a Juris Doctor degree as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.

Nick Goraczkowski

Nick Goraczkowski is an executive leader in the finance industry with more than 20 years of experience. As President, Nick oversees iLending’s strategic direction and entire sales department, loan consultant training program, and business development with lender partners. Under his leadership, the iLending salesforce has grown from a small handful of employees in a local start-up environment to more than 100 loan consultants across the country. Previously, Nick was a sales executive at several home mortgage companies and an automotive dealership, giving him an extensive understanding of home and automotive finance and refinance.

Eric Dunn

Board Member

Eric Dunn – Mr. Dunn is the CEO of Quicken Inc., the leading personal finance software provider in the U.S. He was appointed CEO in 2016, having previously worked for 20 years at Intuit, Quicken’s previous owner. Over his two decades at Intuit, Mr. Dunn served as CFO, guiding the company through its IPO and merger with ChipSoft (TurboTax), and was also Intuit’s first CTO. He retired from Intuit in 2000 to pursue a second career in technology investing, first as an angel investor and then as a General Partner at Cardinal Venture Capital. He has served on numerous boards of directors, including those of six public companies.

John Oros

Board Member

John Oros – Mr. Oros is an Operating Partner at J.C. Flowers & Co. Prior to being named an Operating Partner, Mr. Oros was a Managing Director of the firm from 2006-2018. Before joining J.C. Flowers, Mr. Oros held a number of executive positions at Enstar Group Limited, including the role of Executive Chairman from 2000 – 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Oros was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs for almost 20 years, where he became a General Partner in 1986. In addition, Mr. Oros was appointed Chairman of the Federal Savings and Loan Council in 1987, where he served for two years.

Mr. Oros serves on the Board of Directors of Island Finance, Jefferson Capital and Fairstone Financial. Mr. Oros received a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and served as a lieutenant in the United States Army and Army Reserves from 1968-1974. As an Operating Partner, Mr. Oros receives compensation from certain JCF funds and portfolio companies.

Steve Abernethy

Steve Abernethy – Mr. Abernethy is the former CEO, Executive Chairman and Co-founder of SquareTrade, now an Allstate company, a top-rated consumer protection plan offered by top retailers in the U.S. and UK. Prior to co-founding SquareTrade in 1999, Steve was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He currently serves on the boards of AutoFi and Triparound, and is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council at Cal Poly College of Architecture & Environmental Design. Mr. Abernethy holds a bachelor’s of science degree in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
