Let me just say, I am so happy Whitney did not give up on me. I was going to procrastinate on applying to refinance my expensive car payment but Whitney kept texting me and calling and pretty much giving me that push that I needed to complete the information I needed. I usually get annoyed but Whitney’s excitement on helping me really got me to pick myself up and go through refinancing my car. It was super easy and I barely did anything but give her my information. I recommend iLending to anyone. Trust me my credit score is not all that great but Whitney was able to help refinance my car and helped lessen financial burdens. Cory did an excellent job of walking me through the auto refinance process. Unfortunately I’ve yet to receive a copy of my loan documents, information on the extended car warranty, or gap insurance that was included. I have requested these documents multiple times via email and placed a phone call but have not received a response or what I need.

Rarely review companies however, let me tell you, this place saved me from a terrible situation. My previous lender didn’t have a co-signer removal or refinance option, and after going through a rough divorce and all the highs and lows (credit scores) that come with it lol, I thought I’d never get out of it. But I found this company and let me give a HUGE shout out to Angela Martinez for going above and beyond, not only with how quick she responded but just her sheer compassion for my situation is within itself applaudable! I was a skeptic at first, but I finally said give it a shot. I filled out the online application on a SATURDAY morning. Not even an hour later, I had an email and phone call with the rates, terms and options. Answered every question I had and made everything simple. Got the contracts via email, digitally signed them all, went over details while waiting for my son’s baseball game to start, and the deal was done before 3pm.

I was looking to refinance my truck and started looking locally and once I was given a few quotes I quickly switched to online due to them being hardly better than what I already had.
I filled out their online form and was quickly appointed a helpful employee named Matthew, who was patient, knowledgeable and helped me through all my questions and explained how the process worked.
Within a 2 weeks time I had refinanced my truck and lowered my percentage by 2% and also my monthly payment by 200$!
