iLending Referral Program Terms & Conditions
As a funded client of iLending, you have received email communication(s) from iLending that include a unique link to the referral form. This link is unique to you and cannot be transferred, forwarded or otherwise shared with other individuals.
All rights reserved. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in this Program is voluntary and subject to the following Program Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The individual making the referral (“Referrer”) must have refinanced a loan with iLending, have a record on file, and the person referred (“Referral”) must complete their loan to be eligible for a Reward Payment. Loan completion means that the Referral has met all eligibility criteria, been approved by a Lender, and has fully funded a vehicle refinance loan with iLending to be eligible for a Reward Payment.
Initial Eligibility Criteria:
Lenders have final approval over loan eligibility. Lender approval and loan terms can be affected by income, credit history and eligibility for credit union membership.
Eligibility is limited to individuals only; program cannot be used by business or affiliate lead generation as determined in iLending’s sole discretion. Referrer cannot be a co-borrower on a Referral’s auto loan unless the Referrer’s refinanced funded loan closing date is past 90 days.
Reward Payments
Reward payment and amounts are solely based on Referrer and Referral meeting all eligibility requirements. Based on both parties meeting requirements, rewards are delivered digitally via electronic mail sent to the email attached to the record on file for both parties. Each party is responsible for opening the email, selecting a vendor of choice and fulfilling on their Gift Card rewards via a third-party dashboard and platform. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery.
Current Gift Card Amounts for an Eligible Referred Funded Loan are:
Reward Gift Cards not claimed within 90 days of receipt are forfeited. The Referrer and Referral are responsible for any and all tax liability associated with the Referral Rewards.
There is no limit to the number of unique Referrals and corresponding Referral Reward Payments a Referrer can receive, provided however that in the event a referred party refinances more than one vehicle, either as a borrower or co-borrower, neither Referrer nor Referee shall be entitled to more than one Reward Payment.
Additional Terms & Conditions
By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to release and hold harmless iLending, as the operator of the Referral Program, and its parent, partners, affiliates and subsidiaries, along with the directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents of any of the foregoing and any other entity or third party associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program.
iLending reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Referral Program, or to discontinue the Referral Program in its entirety, at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, updated Gift Card Amounts, Gift Card vendor selections and other terms as needed. We reserve the right to reject or disqualify a Referral from the Referral Program if, in our sole discretion, fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Referral Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Referral Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by iLending with respect to terminating participation in the Program.
THE ILENDING REFERRAL PROGRAM AND THE REFERRAL AWARD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR ANY REFERRAL AWARD PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall iLending be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage, or any other damage of any kind, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) participation in the Referral Program, or (b) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Referral Program or any referral award, even if iLending has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
