Eligibility
Client to receive the Gift Card must meet all eligibility criteria*, be approved and fully fund a vehicle refinance loan with iLending to be eligible for a Gift Card Program for Abenity members.
Initial Eligibility Criteria*:
1) Current auto loan of at least $7,500
2) Model year 2013 or newer
3) Less than 200,000 miles
Eligibility is limited to individuals only; program cannot be used by business or affiliate lead generation as determined by iLending’s sole discretion.
Reward Payments
Reward payment and amounts are solely based on meeting all eligibility requirements. Reward is delivered digitally via electronic mail sent to the email attached to the record on file. Client is responsible for opening the email, selecting a vendor of choice and fulfilling on their Gift Card reward via a third-party dashboard and platform. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for delivery.
Current Gift Card Amount is $100 per eligible Client with an approved Funded Loan.
Reward Gift Cards not claimed within 60 days of receipt are forfeited. The Client is responsible for any and all tax liability associated with the Gift Card Program.
Additional Terms & Conditions
By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless iLending, as the operator of the Gift Card Program, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program.
iLending reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Gift Card Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, updated Gift Card Amounts, Gift Card vendor selections and other terms as needed. We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from the Program if, in our sole discretion, fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by iLending with respect to terminating participation in the Program.
THE ILENDING GIFT CARD PROGRAM AND THE AWARD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY AWARD PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall iLending be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage, or any other damage of any kind, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) participation in the Program, or (b) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Program or any award, even if iLending has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
